You don't need to bother looking for this duck noodle because in Medan there are already many vendors of this dish which tastes distinctive and of course delicious. This culinary dish is very suitable to be enjoyed at night and when it is cold. Although not a typical North Sumatra food, duck noodles are already known as a culinary legend.
When you eat it, you feel a rich mix of flavors. Where there is a lot of shredded duck meat and chili sauce that still maintains a distinctive spiciness. Other than that, the taste of the noodles is so good and second to none and the duck meat has such amazing aroma and taste that you can't forget it. The taste of the noodle sauce is very fresh and thick, mixed with a salty and slightly sour taste.
The noodles themselves are unique in that they are made from rice flour mixed with starch and then cut into small pieces like general noodles. Served with a little chives on top.
